Panter, Panter & Sampedro is the proud sponsor of the Village of Pinecrest’s Active Life Expo. The event features keynote speaker, JoAnn Sampson. She retired as an elementary school teacher after 35 years and found herself bored and missing her students. That is when she discovered Senior Games and, although she had never been an athlete, she signed up. At 62 years old she ran her first race and won gold. JoAnn is an inspiration and she continues to compete in track and field events at age 77.
