The Scholarship is provided yearly to a student within the local community based upon academic excellence, community involvement, financial need and an application including an essay on why each candidate should be considered for the scholarship.Brett Panter and Mitchell Panter were founding members of the Pinecrest Business Association formed several years ago to service the business community within and around the Village of Pinecrest. Currently there are more than 150 active participants in the group which hosts monthly meetings as well as Networking Events throughout the year.
