Panter, Panter, & Sampedro Awards Scholarship to Miami Killian Senior High Student
MIAMI – May 18, 2020 – Panter, Panter & Sampedro (PPS) is proud to announce that it has awarded Osviel Rojas of Miami Killian Senior High School as the 2020 recipient of the Lorraine Silverstein Law Studies Scholarship. The scholarship was presented to Rojas during the Miami Killian 2020 Awards Ceremony, held via Zoom, on Wednesday, May 13.
Rojas demonstrated a strong commitment to the law program throughout his entire high school career. He participated at the highest level in all aspects of the Miami Killian law program with pride and scholarship including Mock Trial, We the People, and Moot Court.
“Lorraine Silverstein was a unique person and a stalwart in the field of education. She worked tirelessly preparing her students in whatever the subject. Law was no exception.” says Mitch Panter, managing partner of PPS. “It is an honor to sponsor this award in her honor year after year. We look forward to what the future has in store for Mr. Rojas.”
