CAUSE OF INJURY: Motor Vehicle Accident/Failure to Yield. On July 1, 2001 Plaintiff alleged that Defendant’s two-truck operator violated the right-of-way at an intersection and broadsided Plaintiff’s van.
NATURE OF INJURY: Rene, Sr.: Multiple lumbar herniated discs; soft tissue injuries; lacerations. Plaintiff was treated at Hollywood Injury Rehabilitation Center. Rene, Jr.: Facial lacerations; soft tissue injuries; cuts; bruises. Brunilda: Liver laceration; rib fractures; cuts; bruises; soft tissue injuries. Plaintiff was treated at Memorial Hospital.
