Attorney Brett A. Panter was requested by his friend and colleague Michael Zachary to represent Judith Harrison, who was involved in a multi – car accident in Los Angeles, California.

In this case, Judith Harrison was a passenger in a vehicle operated by her brother in Los Angeles, California. Her brother lost control of the car and ended up in a four – car collision. Judith Harrison was 82 years old at the time of the accident and was rushed to the hospital with a fractured sternum. The hospital did a complete and thorough workup for any and all possible injuries. The main injury was a fractured sternum. Miraculously, she did not have any other significant injuries. After the hospitalization, she went directly to rehabilitation for approximately one week and suffered some aging trauma – related debility in addition to her fractured sternum. Despite that, Judith is able to live independently and continues with her life.
A demand was made for the policy limits, and Mr. Panter, using his many mediation techniques and advanced negotiation skills acquired over 35 years of practice, was able to resolve the case with the tender of the $250,000 policy limits.
