After the hospitalization, she went directly to rehabilitation for approximately one week and suffered some aging trauma – related debility in addition to her fractured sternum. Despite that, Judith is able to live independently and continues with her life.
A demand was made for the policy limits, and Mr. Panter, using his many mediation techniques and advanced negotiation skills acquired over 35 years of practice, was able to resolve the case with the tender of the $250,000 policy limits.
