Join Brett Panter in bringing light to the darkness of cancer by donating towards our fundraising efforts in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night.
We are proud to serve with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) in Miami on the 2020 Light The Night Executive Leadership Committee. LLS’s Light The Night is a community event* that brings light to the darkness of cancer through hope, research and support for patients and their families. Light The Night funds LLS’s goal to create a world free of blood cancers.
In these uncertain times, one thing is certain – CANCER IS NOT CANCELLED. Cancer patients and their families need our support now more than ever.
LLS stands out to me because it is an unapologetically patients first organization. One example of LLS’s patients first commitment is the LLS COVID-19 Patient Financial Aid Program. This program delivers financial relief to blood cancer patients who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of their disease and circumstances related to the pandemic. As of June 1st LLS has given $4,218,750 to over 16,800 patients since April 1, 2020. And long before COVID19 – for over 70 years – LLS works each day to create a world free of blood cancers through research, advocacy and ongoing patient support.
Money raised through Light The Night allows The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to fund treatments for patients who are suffering from all forms of blood cancers. In 2019, LLS helped advance 12 of 14 approved blood cancer therapies. Beating cancer is in our blood. Help defeat the darkness of cancer. Please make a donation today to continue to help patients and their families across the country!
