In Florida and throughout the United States, families grieve when they suffer the deaths of loved ones. His widow has recently filed a lawsuit against the United States for the substandard care she claims her husband received at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon. The claim asserts that the man’s death is directly related to the fact that medical professionals failed to treat his ongoing health issues. An autopsy showed that he had a severely enlarged heart.
Medical malpractice is a serious issue that can result in injury or illness to patients in Florida and throughout the nation.
